I cannot recommend Mike enough!

Really professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. Installed a nest thermometer and took the time to explain the mechanics and how to get the most out of the device. Felt really assured that any follow up questions would be addressed and answered without any issue.

Really nice guy. Happy I followed through with order. Having read the high recommendations of other customers I am happy to reassure others considering installing the google nest thermostat or other google products, Mike is a genuine pro.

I can’t recommend Mike from NestPro highly enough. We had a problem with our Nest (fitted by a different company). Mike reassured me that he would get it sorted and he did. I was at the stage where I was going to go back to my old thermostat. He promptly responds to texts and appears very knowledgeable. You can’t go far wrong if you have NestPro in.

Mike was amazing , installed everything efficiently , and explained the app and how the equipment works. Walked me through how to create schedules on the app and showed me different modes. He informed me about the aftercare and warranty. Literally everything. Would highly recommend

I spent ages looking for a reputable installer, having messaged the top 10 on the nest.com website. Mike’s Comms were quick and he instantly gave you confidence that he knew what he was talking about. I was able to purchase a 2nd hand 3rd gen thermostat for a very good price, and he was able to assist in making sure I wasn’t buying a broken one. Arranged appointment at short notice, came on time, did the work super efficiently, gave a simple explanation to a technophobe like me on how to use it, and was out the house in just over an hour before kids arrived back from school. As a landlord that uses numerous contractors I wish all tradesmen were of this calibre! Highly recommended.

Was referred by a neighbour to pro nest so went on to book the package of thermostat plus installation which I have to say is most competitive and cheapest around, you will NOT find a better price nor installer in Mike who was efficient and knowledgeable on all aspects of the product which I am now enjoying at the comfort of my fingertips (phone app). Can’t recommend these guys enough…. Keep up the good work

Mike is very down to earth and nice contractor who installed the Google Thermostat and Google Floodlight for my property. Went through the details of the products and offered to be on hand should anything go wrong. All done within a couple of hours. Would definitely use again for any other Google needs.

Great service – easy to book online and great communication to arrange the date and time. The engineer that came (Mike) was great – quick and diligent, explained how the system/app works and what to do if anything goes wrong in the future. I would definitely recommend – not a bad word to say

Mike turned up promptly (he messaged in advance to let me know he was on time), was presentable and efficient and reminded me to download the Nest and Google Home apps so that I could get set up by the time he was finished with the install. After less than 90 minutes we were good to go!

Friendly, Helpful. Expert re NEST heating/hot water usage and gave (slightly hasty because of Covid-19 rules) overview of use of App and thermostat controls. Later when called out to diagnose why heating and hot water were always off and on together, Mike responded swiftly and identified an issue with failing boiler two-port valves. Advised what items need purchasing and fitting by plumber. Will recommend if asked.

Mike was really helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We had a complex setup with a district heating system, Mike was able to hook up the old wires and mount the thermostat on the wall. Speedy installation and setup, Mike also went through all the settings in detail. Overall highly recommended!

The installer Mike. Arrived on time and had on his PPE. He set to work immediately and completed set up efficiently and made good any dust and debris. He then set up the app on my phone and completed the set up. Finally demonstrated the operating instructions before payment and departure. Very pleased with the service
